These types of scooters are usually lightweight and will fit in the back of the trunk of a car or an SUV, and are designed for easy storage. I would have considered going down to a 3star rating, but felt 4 was sufficient.Folding mobility scooters are an ideal choice for consumers who like to travel and live an active lifestyle. I extend my legs off the footbed to stretch my legs, but they still ache and it is hard to keep your ankles on the edge. I tried it for a bit and yes, my shins were killing me. It has high clearance which is great, however, her shins ache after a short period of time since the footbed is tilted up. You have to separately charge it and it is pretty flimsy light at best. Love the front headlights, but the back light is a joke. We wish the horn was louder and different sounding as everyone ignores it. The battery lasts all day for us about 10 hours with still plenty of juice. I texted Folding Scooter Store to let them know, but I knew I would probably do something to it myself getting it in and out of the trunk, so lived with it. Now the feedback: Fedex delivered and the paint was scratched and a small dent in front piece, the box went through a war of something. Yes, it is very expensive, however it is more manageable than others out there in the market. My mom has had for a year now and we use at Disneyland for her to get around. Well needless to say I can go on and on to describe how amazing and a life changer this was and worth every penny. Getting from the tram to the entrance and was a breeze. The distance had nothing on me, got to the elevator, passed security with no issues got on the tram and didn't have to fold the Scooter but if I had to it was have been so easy. Taking out the Scooter and setting it up was so easy and oh man did I take advantage of the speed. Let alone parking was far and on the 4th floor. I few days later was my first Disney trip. I took the plunge knowing it would be a long-term investment. I have a 10 lb doggie and Stefan showed me the pet carrier attachment they have. Stefan was amazing in showing me everything the Atto can do. I gave them a call and spoke to Rhonda and she helped me get set up with in office demonstration. My beautiful sister sent me a link to the Atto Sport. When I finally decided to start looking for a scooter I had to keep in mind that I have a small vehicle so a large scooter was never an option. Another and most important was although money was well spent it was going to noting. Getting from my car to the tram from the tram to the rental spot was a little hard on me, worth it at the end but challenging. Most important was although I have a Handicap plaque, I wouldn't always get close parking and the struggle was real. I was renting an EVC from the park but a few things with that. I was recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and as a Disney Adult I was struggling to get through the park and getting around.
